International Trauma Prevention and Rehabilitation Center was put into service in Hatay

HATAY, (DHA)- World Human Solidarity Association (WHR) opened the International Trauma Prevention and Rehabilitation Center (UTÖMER) in Hatay. The center aims to make trauma-focused psychological support accessible to those affected by the February 6 earthquakes.

At UTÖMER HATAY, located in Antakya, 5 trauma specialist psychologists and 1 social worker will serve children, adolescents and adults. In addition to working at the center, the teams will also go to villages and carry out mental health support activities.
